My Mission

My work is rooted in the belief that care, consultation, and mentorship are interconnected - not hierarchical.

I support clinicians across different stages of the professional journey by offering spaces that prioritize cultural humility, ethical clarity, sustainability, and relational accountability. Whether I am working directly with clients, consulting with clinicians, or mentoring those in training, my approach centers depth over productivity and integrity over performance.

I believe access and sustainability can coexist - and that clinicians deserve support that does not require self-sacrifice or burnout to receive it.

My Approach

I am not a coach, supervisor (yet*), or productivity strategist.

I am a clinician whose consultation and mentorship work extends from lived experience, clinical practice, and long-term engagement with clinical complexity.

Clinical Consultation Services

For autonomously licensed clinicians

Clinical consultation is designed for therapists seeking collaborative support around complex cases, cultural dynamics, ethical decision-making, and clinical stuck points.

This work is consultative and reflective—not supervisory.

Clinical consultation may include:

  • Case conceptualization and clinical formulation

  • Cultural context, power, and identity dynamics

  • Ethical clarity and boundary repair

  • Countertransference and clinician sustainability

  • Integrating therapeutic approaches with nuance

Clinical consultation does not include:

  • Supervision or licensure hours

  • Documentation or chart review

  • Formal clinical oversight

  • Legal or risk management services

Pricing

  • $80 per 30-minute session

  • $150 per 60-minute session

Non-Clinical Consultation

Practice & Systems Consultation

For partial or independently licensed clinicians who are building or refining sustainable practices

Practice consultation focuses on non-clinical support for therapists navigating systems, structure, and visibility in ways that align with their capacity and values.

Practice consultation may include:

  • Practice systems and workflow organization

  • EHR and platform navigation

  • Referral pathways and networking strategy

  • Visibility and social media strategy (strategy only)

  • Aligning business structure with sustainability

This offering does not include:

  • Clinical consultation or case review

  • Done-for-you services

  • Financial, legal, or tax advising

Pricing

  • $60 per 30-minute session

  • $100 per 60-minute session

Mentorship Services

For graduate students and pre-licensed clinicians

Mentorship is a developmental offering designed for clinicians whose income, autonomy, or scope is structurally limited by training or licensure requirements.

Mentorship is educational and reflective—not supervisory.

Mentorship focuses on:

  • Professional identity development

  • Navigating practicum, internship, or associate roles

  • Cultural humility and power dynamics

  • Burnout prevention and sustainability

  • Preparing for licensure and post-licensure transitions

Mentorship does not replace supervision and does not count toward licensure hours.

Graduate Student Mentorship

  • $35 per 30-minute session

  • $60 per 60-minute session

Reduced rates reflect scope and developmental focus, not diminished value.
