My Mission

My work is rooted in the belief that care, consultation, and mentorship are interconnected - not hierarchical.

I support clinicians across different stages of the professional journey by offering spaces that prioritize cultural humility, ethical clarity, sustainability, and relational accountability. Whether I am working directly with clients, consulting with clinicians, or coaching clinicians on their building phase, my approach centers depth over productivity and integrity over performance.

I believe access and sustainability can coexist - and that clinicians deserve support that does not require self-sacrifice or burnout to receive it.

I am an LPC Supervisor licensed in Texas.

I am a clinician whose consultation and mentorship work extends from lived experience, clinical practice, and long-term engagement with clinical complexity.

For LPC Associates seeking thoughtful, culturally responsive supervision

Clinical supervision at The Art ofHealing PLLC is designed to protect your humanity as a counselor through your licensure journey. We support therapists in becoming the counselors they are meant to be while meeting Texas’ licensure requirements for ethical, confident and compentent counselors.

Our Clinical Supervision is grounded in:

Your Clinical supervision experience includes:

  • Monthly individual and/or group supervision that satisfies Texas’ LPC Associate supervision requirements

  • Case conceptualization, clinical formulation and theories integration

  • Cultural context, power dynamics and identity development

  • Navigating ethical and professional dilemmas

  • Countertransference, boundary maintenance and clinician sustainability

  • Protective Documentation and chart reviews

  • Clinical consultation between supervision sessions, as appropriate

  • Support preparing for independent licensure, private practice developement, and career planning

Investment

$275 per month

Includes required individual and/or group supervision, ongoing clinical support, and consultation between sessions as appropriate.

For The Independently

Licensed Clinicians

Practice & Systems Consultation

For partial or independently licensed clinicians who are building or refining sustainable practices

Practice consultation focuses on non-clinical support for therapists navigating systems, structure, and visibility in ways that align with their capacity and values.

Practice consultation may include:

  • Practice systems and workflow organization

  • EHR and platform navigation

  • Referral pathways and networking strategy

  • Visibility and social media strategy (strategy only)

  • Aligning business structure with sustainability

This offering does not include:

  • Clinical consultation or case review

  • Done-for-you services

  • Financial, legal, or tax advising

Pricing

  • $75 per 30-minute session
